What information is required for an offer?
The more details you provide me the better.
Indispensable information is the type, date and venue (if possible, name with postcode / location) and the estimated time for the start of the music. The approximate number of guests and an indication of the location (restaurant, hotel, ballroom, community hall, etc.) are also helpful in order to get initial insights into the size of the room and the technology to be dimensioned with it. A few key words about the desired music styles are also welcome.
